Engen Service Station 45th Cutting, Durban

Filled petrol at the Engen service station at 45th cutting and their pump was broken so once my tank was full the fuel started spilling out. The manager insisted I pay for the excess even though I tried to explain that the amount of fuel pumped is way above the capacity of my fuel tank. I eventually paid and left because my 9 month old started to cry in the back seat from the managers arguing. Apparently this is a common problem with Engender according to the manager. With the fuel price as high as it is this is a very expensive problem to have and for patrons to fit the bill.
