Engen Saxonwold Service Station Atlantis

I am a resident Farmer in the area. For years I've filled up at the service station which was run by a friendly Branch Manager who had also not only resided in the area a while back but also provided a friendly service to everyone who comes to fill up there and always goes over and beyond the call of duty. As of late for the past 2 years or so I and many others have experienced the most disgusting attitude of the current owner who is the son of the actual owner I am told. Not only does he treat people with utmost disrespect, especially his own staff, which depicts borderline ****** in my view, but he also clearly has no knowledge of human relations. He gives Engen a really bad name and it surely does not bode well for business there in the future. I advise anyone who does fill up there to refrain from doing so, we are just enabling the situation. The employees there work under constant fear and I believe that no person in this day and age should be exposed to such pathetic nasty behaviour. Clearly, he is not there to provide a service but rather rule with an iron fist. This is not the kind of calibre that should represent a well-known organisation such as Engen, let alone be let near other people. Pathetic!
