Engen Rudan 1Stop N4 - Rustenburg

On tuesday, the 15h of October 2019, I took my car to be washed at the Engen Rudan 1Stop in Rustenburg. Upon collecting my car, I discovered they had ruined my sterring wheel as the vinyl around out was coming. On wednesday, I went back & spoke to the manager of the carwash & he told me he'll take a look at the CCTV footage to see what exactly happened & that the CCTV screen off due to reasons he didn't disclose to me. On thursday, today, I went back & spoke to the manager, the employee who washed my car & his supervisor. A few words were exchanged but I informed them that i'm not there to fight, but for the to notice how we bring our cars in good condition & they leave the carwash in a different condition. I only went there to get an apology from the store manager in which I didn't get. It is clear that the manager does not know/adhere to customer service.
