Engen Rosebank

Today I stopped at Engen inoxford road across from Rosebank. my intention was to fill me tank and then get something to eat at MacDonalds. I was coming in from the opposite side so I pulled into a bay with my tank perfectly aligned with the nozzel but facing in the opposite direction. I was promptly told they can't assist me because I'm facing the wrong way. the individual called out to his court manger and I drove over. I was once agian told they can't assist me because my car is facing the wrong way. I need to turn around and face the correct way. Mind you there were only three other cars there so the gargae was far from busy or full. I left, I called the manager after leaving and was told this is THIER policy as they get busy and they need to manage traffic accordingly. After I explained that there were only three other cars and they are not busy I was then told she understands my frustration. I will not be going there again. they not only lost themselves a client but also lost MacDonalds a client. There are so many other garages around that I have no issue taking my business elsewhere.
