We got to the petrol station and parked next to an open fuel dispenser. The outlet hires quite a lot of staff members, because despite there being normal Sunday afternoon traffic, there were a lot of attendants walking about and ignoring customers. One attendant, Clive was blowing balloons with a passenger of a vehicle, while another was walking about and taking photos with other clients. There was a general lack of urgency and a blatant disregard of clients.
