Was waiting in line at the Car wash and charging my phone when my car battery died. A very nice gentleman(staff member at the car wash) by the name of Tokozani, noticed me struggling to start my car and he immediately dropped everything he was doing, he moved the car behind mine and kick started my car ( with the help of a few petrol pump attendents) and advised me to keep the engine idoling to recharge the battery. From feeling stressed out and not knowing what to do, to feeling completely at ease and taken care of.. The owners son, Tim was also most kind and checked if everything was OK and also offered advice.. Car was experience was also great.. Well done to the team at Engen Queensburgh... This was more a feeling of being taken care of, service and community, rather than a mere business transaction
