ENGEN PETROLEUM GARAGE JOHAN LE ROUX ROAD

I was at Engen garage in Meyerton Johan le Roux road on Tuesday around 5:50am. I found 3 cars at the station and only one person was attending those cars. I waited for about 3mins and still no assistance. I then saw one guy who came from the toilet and he went inside the shop at the garage. I decided to go ask him if he can help me and he said his shift starts at 6:00 am and then he tire his shoe laces and didn't assist me. The one guy who was working alone, called other petrol attendant and he didn't come to assist us. Then I decided to go to another petrol station.

I am bringing this to your attention because I need the management of the garage to deal with this issue. We can't be told whose working at which shift for us to get help. It's unacceptable.
