Engen Petroleum - Colesberg - Poor service

Yesterday I was travelling from Cape Town to Johannesburg and my ultimate stop I look forward to is Colesberg where I know I am half way on my journey. I take time to relax, unwind and refresh before getting on the road again.

Yesterday I had an important unexpected trip from Cape Town to Johannesburg where I eventually stopped at the Colesberg service station. I was using the pump of the far left as I drove in (on your far right from the inside of the service station). The petrol attendant named Vumile completely disregarded the first come first serve principle and didn't offer to check my oil, tyres and windscreen cleaning because I got out of the car and asked him why he's servicing someone who came after me? am I not equally important or is he afraid of me or the person he was serving first. I was confused and agitated (as expected with poor service delivery). I expected him to de-escalate the situation or explain what was happening instead he argued with me with a tone of arrogance and aggression as if he's doing me a favor or that what he did was right or even a normal process.

My final words to Vumile (if that is his real name - but please go onto the camera's and double-check to corroborate my story). after going back and forth noticing that we are a few seconds from being physical, were, "it's best we end this conversation it will be good for both of us" his reply was "it will be best for you" his final words proved to me that he has no understanding of customer service (more training is needed) following of Engen Petroleum processes health and safety in all forms is not understood.

The incident took place on 2022:08:02 at 11:33 (time of the payment) Shift:21/9356

The petrol pump stopped and he had to re-fill the remainder of the missing gap to ensure the car was 100% full-tank this resulted in two payments combined onto one, although this may not be much of an issue it shows that time taken to pay attention to the service provided and details were neglected.
