Engen Petroleum bad service

The Engen Garage called AA Service centre in Azaadville, Krugersdorp has a convenient store attached to it that is a rather Inconvenient and useless. There are two ATM's namely FNB and Capitec on the premises that never has any money in it. They never have Airtime nor Prepaid water at their counter machines either. Engen Petroleum must review this service station and rather have someone else run it as the current owners are not interested in maintaining services to the residents. It is a shame and a bad reflection on Engen Petroleum to have such bad service at an Engen outlet. I raised my concers to an Engen representative who was present at the time and he promised to look into the situation. The rep took photos of the ATM's in question with their Out Of Order boards. Maybe Engen makes too much money to care about Residentail service stations standards, but it is a reflection of the company in general. #Disgusted by lack of service #Engen sucks #Bad Service
