Engen- Pavillion (Westville) ******

I poured petrol on Sunday 24/03/2019 at Engen Pavillion(Westville) at 18:25 for R200, the kilometers were on 120kms to go. I didn't pay much notice to the petrol attended because he was busy checking out oil, water and tyre pressure. I payed using my debit card and left. As i was approaching traffic lights i noticed that the fuel gauge did not move on bit, still reads as 120km to go. I made my way back and confronted the petrol attendant,he then told me that it happens to most customers as they have also complained about this problem. He handed me a slip that's printed at the till for the transaction and said that that slip wouldn't have printed if he ****** me in any way. I then spoke to a supervisor by the surname of Zondo(i think) and he also confirmed that such happens and that i'm not the first person to complain about this. I went home feeling so defeated and guess what my fuel gauge did not move. I didn't even have the strength to go back and fight this as I was told that it's my car that has a problem. A car that is not even a year old. A day after I went to fill up at Shell and funny enough my fuel gauge moved, which goes back to the fact that your petrol attendant ****** me or there's just something wrong with your fuel. I am never ever going to fill up at Engen and i will never recommend anyone to use Engen. Please do not contact me, I have made peace with the fact that I was cheated but just had to put it out there.
