Engen Pavilion Westville

Good day, Not once, not twice but many times that I have approached this garage, that I have received such horrible service. If its not the cold pies, dry cakes or sour rice that it isn't being served its the horrid customer service received by the staff. They currently have upgrades being done and was asked to park further away from the shop the construction is pretty massive and in such a case should close the garage all together rather than in-convince the customers at all. I advised the staff I would use the Sasol garage at Booth Road and they were happy to lose a customer. In an economy that is busying failing Engen seems to be happy to turn away customers. Shocking service I refuse to use this garage in the future and will definitely not recommend there services.
