Engen not responding to customer quesries!

I bought petrol at engen Belaphil on the 2025/04/02 time 14:11,pertrol attendant Desmon PED/Shift 32/2492,Being requsting my tyre valve back ,that he did not put back after filling my tyres.I have been calling and emailing no answer and everytime I call I am told the quesry has been escalated,but no joy! šŸ˜Ÿ Good day
