Engen no customer service

The guts at Steeledale put diesel instead of petrol. Now the car is standing at the garage for nearly 2 weeks and no one wants to take responsibility for the repairs. The guy from the garage is never available and Head Office just tell you someone will call you. Need to get the car fixed asap. Can someone please do something.
