Engen Nimrod Kempton park bad service

Very bad service. Very rude manager. Even talked down to my son. I put diesel in my car. Tenant asked me to pay inside beva he doesn't have a spare card machine. I did go inside. Eventually yry to pay. They were offline. Claiming it is the loadshedding fault. Insisted I must pay cash. I said I will not draw money outside, reason then I must pay extra bank charges. They did not had my bank on premises. The manager were rude at this time. She insisted I must leave something behind and go and draw money immediately or she is going to report me to all the Engen garages across the country and is going to report me by police. Me and my son walked out. I got in my car and go and draw money by Fnb Woodbridge. I went back to Engen Nimrod station and paid the tenant. My son said he is recording everything she she to him she doesn't care and we must go. She is not fit to be a manager. I put petrol and diesel in there for past 15 years at average of R6 to 8 thousand a month. The owner must sort his staff and power problems out. With a service like this he's going to lose a lot of clients.
