Engen next to Tshepo Themba clinics

I went to Engen garage near Tshepo private hospital and bought large chips and they filled the packet half, I called for the manager and she said it was the scale but I have been been buying since they opened and know they always fill up.

She said I was only buying small and medium thats why I don't know how large chips are filled . Then she she said they didn't have large packages and used extra large, I told her I dont know the difference in packages so please add chips to fill the package because im not taking half chips.

She said I was rude and verbally abusive and refused to refund me and told the security never to let me in the store again. The name she gave me was Buhle and was very rude because only bought chips. She refused to refund .me so I paid for nothing.
