Engen Medwood harassment by beggars on forecourt

At the Engen Medwood , there are constantly beggars on the forecourt that harras and badger customers. It makes one feel unsafe. They never have masks. I don't think any woman would feel safe here. For the past 9 months they have been present. The owners might not have control of the street BUT SURELY within and on the forecourt they can make this a safe environment
