Despite my regular visits to the station, where I am known by the staff, Jacobus displayed a rude and aggressive attitude towards me and my father. When we were eventually assisted by another attendant, Jacobus became hostile and pulled out a knife when my father questioned his behavior. This alarming incident occurred between 13h15 and 13h25. I reported the incident to Samuel, the manager, who promised to investigate.
