Engen Kingfisher - Freeway Park Boksburg

<p>I am very disappointed in the service of the shop manager at this Garage as he is lying to me in my face. Engen has a new range of ice creams, crunchie, oreas ect, I have a family member from Sandton who sent me pictures of the ice creams before it was out to the public and went to the Engen daily to check when it was available. Then after a week we heard it was available at all sandton stores and as usual we get everything late in the east rand so waited a while longer, thereafter the sunday this spesific engen garage got the ice creams on the shelves and when I took it out of the fridge to pay the lady behind the counter said "it is not on the system yet so she cant sell it to me" very disappointed i left it there where she was not suppose to refuse as it was in the fridge for customers to buy, then the day after I checked again and she still had the same tune, then the next exactly the same and I then decided to call the store manager and the guy promised me to sort it out for me the following day and that I can come back to buy them as they will be on the system, I wentback the following day and he said " I have some bad news,we dont have those ice creams" I then told him that it was in the fridge the 2 days before when I was there I saw it and brought it to the counter myself on those days, then he said "it is not on the system anywhere and Engen came to collect all those ice creams" which is once again a complete lie as my brother bought it at the PTA Engen - see pictures below. I am very disappointed as we go to this garage daily as it is just around the corner from my house and we will not be supporting this garage anymore due to this.</p>
