Engen ****arney - Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service. There's never enough petrol attendants and when there is, they're never friendly or helpful. It seems like they doing you a favour when they're just doing their damn job. There have been numerous times where I've waited for service but eventually drove off without being served. I know of a few people who have stopped filling at that garage simply because all the employees inside and outside are completely hopeless. One petrol attendant messed up while I was swiping my card, I had to eventually get out of my car and swipe inside as he messed up so badly. A couple of months later the same attendant spilled petrol while filling up. I had to pay an extra R7 when it was his damn mistake. I asked the mangers name apparently its Dion. No luck getting hold of Engen, I also tried emailing customer services but just as useless as their brand.
