Bad service from Engen Jack Street Germiston. Went to put petrol and ask for my tires to be balanced. after leaving the station went straight on the free cars was bit bump and before I had no problem.Tire bust and was on the free way took next off ramp went to another garage and change tire, which was now demaged beyond repair. Asked them to check other tire pressure and it was not even and all of them one of them was 300 asked them to pump 240 which I intail ask the engen attended mke all tires 240,the garage that I went to using automatic compressor it adjust ll tires to 240.Went back to engen had worst experience and bad service from manager kobus Prinslo.He asked one of the guys to check pressure on my car and they reading was 220 ND told him it incorrect and ask him if we can go to another garage to confirm and he diclined. I went to another garage and confirm pressure still 240,when they pump was showing 220.He said he cannot help or look into the issue. Worst service and worst Manger from engen.
