Engen is attacking me

This garage is taking advantage of me because of my first complaint. No when I went to ask for the toilet on my way home I found a big nail behind my car this morning they are the ones telling be I have a nail. If I'm not supposed to go there please tell me now my tyre has a whole. Couldn't even explain because I could see everyone chill just looking at me. Not forgetting them telling me that they toilets don't have water when my other friends have access and I always have water I always have water last flow.
