Engen, hillcrest cheated me of my fuel

I put fuel at Engen garage in Hillcrest, Pretoria. The petrol pump at first wouldn't allow the attendant to "sign in" basically his tag wasn't starting up the pump, he tried for a while and told me that they resetting it in the shop. He asked me to pay while we wait for it to be reset. He then placed the pump in my tank and seemed to fill fuel but my petrol gauge did not move and the kilometres left to travel stayed the same. I complained and asked him to call the manager, who told me these cars do this! My car has never done this, the gauge has always worked. I just think that its weird that suddenly my car gauge doesn't work when there was a problem getting the petrol pump to work in the first place. This morning my petrol gauge still has not moved. I feel cheated and WILL NEVER USE ENGEN GARAGE AGAIN. YOU HAVE LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER.
