Engen has gone down the tubes

Stopped at Engen city deep at roughly 21:40 firstly I was treated like a ******** as the shop is locked and you are not allowed in secondly the person on till duty could not be found so I ended up standing around and decided to leave as I departed I stopped to ask one of the attendents for the managers details on hearing this they decided to ignore me. Engen has lost a customer for life as the service at several of the Engen branches has become a apauling. It's the same as the complaint I logged against the Brakenhurat Engen where a person in the evenings cannot enter the brackenhurst Engen without being occosted by beggers.
