I went to Engen 1 stop south grasmere to submit my provident fund form, and everything was ok, on the 15nth day Mibco sent me an sms requesting me to send my dismissal letter so that my payout will be paid, I immediately emailed Engen grasmere 1 stop south and spoke to Precious, she promised that she will send it to me she’s currently busy with lockdown permits, I understood because really she was supposed to do those documents, 3 days later I called and she told me that she is too busy to be sitting in the office and look for my dismissal letter, I told them how important it is it to me, then she hang up the phone on me, I called in again the next day and she told the staff that she doesn’t wanna speak to me, called again and finally I’ve managed to speak to her, rudely she told me that she can not put her work on hold and look for my dismissal letter , as I try to explain to her, she rudely told me if I feel like she doesn’t want to send me that dismissal letter, I will have to speak to someone else after the lock down, imagine my payout was supposed to be in my account by the 3 of April 2020, because of she didn’t send the dismissal letter, no payout was made,I find her very rude and disrespectful, if she was someone else she could have emailed the dismissal letter to me, it will never even take 5 minutes to send that, now I’m home with no money that I can buy food for this lockdown, I really don’t know how I will sustain, Precious is very rude
