Engen garage rink street, paid for petrol but didn't get it

On the 14th January 2020, myself and my husband we went to fill in petrol for R100 and there was nothing showing in our petrol gage that it was filled, the attendant tried to convince the manager attended to us and eventually she told us that she could not view the footage, and she would seek assistance from another manager, bottom line we left there without the petrol we paid for
