Engen garage petrol pumps guard rails badly positioned

I filled a full tank of diesel into my Mitsubishi Triton bakkie outside Fourways Mall/William Nicol Engen garage around 10:00 a.m. on the 4th of November 2023. When exiting, I drove forward, and while driving away turned left to exit around the pump and bumped the steel guard rail that sits quite some ways forward away from the fuel pump. I did not see the guard rail as it is not visible at all while seated inside a double cab bakkie vehicle at the height of the vehicle. You cannot see the rail at all while in the driver’s seat as the rail is too low. The staff on duty did mention this has already happened on a few occasions previously to Engen customers' vehicles while exiting and entering the pump areas and that Engen has been made aware of this persistent issue and requested to remove or reposition these guard rails but has not done so as yet??
