Engen Garage (petrol)- Clicks points
Im not pleased with Engen Garage regarding my clicks points query that are not allocated i send countless emails to them, all im getting is acknowledgement email that its been received but no follow-up is done. i called but was told i will be called back till now im still waiting.

03 Aug 2022, 15:26Just following up with my query,according to the note above this was escalation till today no one has come back to me. I wonder if this will ever be resolved. I used to fill up at Engen garage but do not think I will ever do as we customers are not taken serious.
