Engen Garage owners appalling attitude

Have never been so completely appalled before. My cars fan belt snapped and I managed to pull into the ENGEN garage in Plattekloof road (Western Cape). The petrol attendants at least were very helpful and assisted me by pushing my car into a parking bay so that I wouldn't be in the way of the petrol pumps. I was waiting for my husband to bring and fit the new fan belt . When he arrived (after about ten minutes) the owner came out and said that it was company policy to not have anyone work on a car in front of his garage. He insisted I move my car (which without a fan belt locks the steering). He had no compassion and just made his attendants push my car far away from his precious garage. Instead of showing compassion, his heartless attitude absolutely left me digusted. I will definitely NEVER be visiting that Engen Garage ever again. All about appearances and not actually caring about customers.
