21.04.2022 I went to fill up petrol @ 6 am , i hooted for an attendant to fill up of which he seemed to have being doing so as soon as I switched the car on the gauge still flagged as empty , he brought me slip for loyalty points but I was worried as to why was my tank still empty . I left the station and drive around to see if maybe there was something wrong with the car but I ended up driving back as the car was normal , I requested to review footage of which the people assisting me gave me such a terrible attitude as though I was committing a crime .... In the footage it does not even show the movement the rolling of fuel digits nor does it show the attended pressing the pump the guys began to speak in a rude and abrupt manner of which I insisted to refuel to proof that the tank was empty even after I requested the fuel of R200 to be put in , as I restarted the car after the second fill up the gauge went up of which the guys where shocked but the assistant manager said if you don't know anything about your own car you shouldn't being your problems to us . I doubt thats a way to be talking to a client I informed my company of this incident and they have moved there business to another fuel station below . I requested to view the payment slip at the cashier desk as it was taken by the attendant to pay but they couldn't even find that slip cause it wasn't cashed for .... Which proved my point that my money was taken but the petrol was not filled . Pathetic service , complete rouges
