Engen Garage Naledi is a disgrace

I have experienced the most disgusting service at Engen Garage Naledi on the 8th of October... i am a heavily pregnant woman who asked to use their toilet .. I was sent from pillar to post until one of the attendants told me "his wife was pregnant but never had to ask to use a garage toilet so i shud go home nd pee there.. mind u i support that garage almost every single day... asked to speak to the manager nd that old woman refused to even hear my complaint!!! What kind of a service are they running? To make matters worse a few weeks ago after buyin nd pouring petrol they wanted my male friend to pay to use their rest rooms.. why is the service in the townships so poor!! I am so dissappointed its not even funny... people do as they please because its not their businesses ... i was ridiculed nd made fun of because i actually nearly peed my self ... a guy by the name of Mxolisi nd Nelson dont need to be servicing people they are a disgrace to the brand ..
