ENGEN GARAGE MIX FUEL/ NEGLEGENCE!!!!!

On Sunday(18/10/2026), Engen William Moffett misfueled my diesel Mercedes A220 CDI with petrol. The manager signed a Fuel Contamination Incident Report accepting 100% liability. However, instead of taking it to a Mercedes-Benz dealer as demanded, they towed my car to an unaccredited shop (Champion Motors) which will void my warranty.

I am a working mother left completely stranded with my baby. I cannot afford Bolt peak prices of R120+ a day. I have an active corporate query number ***), I demand Engen Corporate intervene immediately, move my car to an accredited workshop, and issue a rental car today so I can safely commute to work and drop my baby at preschool!

Monday(19/10/2026) It was raining I had to pay R39 to my son's school, R78 to my workplace. This is money I did not budget for and also money I do not have. I am incurring costs that I am not supposed to due to Engen's negligence. I had to bolt again after work, I will mention it again this is money I do not have that I am forced to spend because I do not have a car because of ENGEN WILLIAM MOFFEIT IN PE.

I am asking for my car to be taken to a reputable diesel/accredited mercedes benz dealer. I am asking for e rental car while they are busy fixing my car!

I do not appreciate the automatic replies on the emails, I need action.

Engen William Moffet just called me, They are telling me the vehicle will be ready for collection after 4. They took the car to Champion Motors that I told them I do not want, they should take it to a reputable diesel mechanic or a certified and accredited Mercedes benz dealer. They took the cheaper route that will come back to bite me financially in the next coming months. there is no way that the car has been flushed and cleaned and changed all the parts that needs to be changed in less than a day. They do not want to be responsible for their negligence. They are not willing to pay for my engine that they put petrol in and made my car have a hiccup and stuttering motion. They want to do quick fixes. The first thing they wanted to do was to drain and put in 20Litre diesel as if that will save my dying Engine, now they took the car to a place I told them I do not approve off!!! This unacceptable and I am so tired of generic and automatic responsises. I need my car in the state it was in before you poured your petrol
