Engen Garage in Nelson Mandela Drive, Mokopane Limpopo, Sout Africa took my R44.50 and refused to give me items i purchased.
I bought two items at the cost of R44. 50 from Engen Garage in Nelson Mandela Drive, in Mokopane, Limpopo Province South Africa. It was on the 26 August 2022. A lady cashier refused to issue the receipt and said that the transaction did not went through. I showed her the SMS notification I just received on my phone. She said the transaction didn't go therefore I need to insert the card again for the same payment. She then said that the till did not accept my transaction therefore, the money will be reversed within minutes. I waited but the money not reversed until on 29 August 2022 at the time of publishing thos review. I want Hello Peter to expose the Engen Garage and refund me as soon as possible.

I feel like I have been disrespected and undermined, how on earth could you offered an apology without refunding me my hard earned money, you must take into consideration that I am not a franchise or a company generating income, I want the refund as soon as possible. I dont think that this apology is genuine, it is just a pure smokescreen. Your services is like taking the money from the poor without a shame. For how long must I wait for my money back? Do not involve me in your own internal processes, the money was taken from me in a blinking of an eye why should I now wait for the second week or so for a refund? What does it mean "someone will be in touch with you shortly"? The wait is getting longish and boring.
