Engen Garage: Dangerous Service
On the 25th of December 2022, I put fuel at one or your garages in Milnerton, Cape Town (Engen Koeberg Service). I have sent them pictures and receipts and still haven’t had feedback.
The attend out ‘two pints’ of oil into my car. After ‘pouring’ oil he didn’t close my oil lid. After driving my car for a while a lot of fluids started splattering all over, my engine over-heated and had to get my mechanic to come and help me with getting a new cap to replace the one that the attendant didn’t put back.
It’s the most dangerous service I have had and ended up costing me money and time. Yet I still didn’t get a response from Engen after trying to reach out.
