ENGEN GARAGE CAUSED MY TYRE TO BURST, I ALMOST DIED

I was placed in a very dangerous position by an Engen Attendant at Address: 3702 Bendile St, Zola, Soweto - 1868. He gave me a terrible attitude and eventually when he assisted in filling my car with gas, I asked him to check the pressure on my tyres, I gave him the correct pressure measures, Xaba ( Attendant ) decided to fill my tyres with excessive nitrogen. The correct nitrogen required on my tyres should be 2.2 on the front tyres and 2.0 at the back. The attendant named Xaba decided to fill my tyres with 3.0 at the front tyres and 2.5 at the back tyres. I was only aware of this when I went to double check the pressure the following day after I almost had a terrible accident due to a tyre burst caused by the excessively and incorrect nitrogen on my tyres. I could have died and would have hurt other people too on the road. I went to the nearest garage and checked the pressure on the tyres and that's when I discovered the shock of my life. I use Engen twice a week to fill my car with your gas. I have been using Engen for the past 6 years and I am appalled to find that there are attendants hired by your organization who place clients life at a risk like this, I took the liberty to go confront the garage Manager who called himself Musa, he promised me that the garage owner and himself Musa will sort this matter out and contact me within 3 days. Its sad to say its been almost 2weeks now and they not even bothered to check how I am as the client and how this has impacted me as my tyre is damaged. I am now SCARED to even go fill up my car at an Engen garage as bad attendants will place my life a danger. This is not my first incident at the Engen garage at Address: 3702 Bendile St, Zola, Soweto - 1868, the same pathetic manager - Musa protected another petrol attendant called Benet who portrait the same awful attitude. Clearly this is how Engen trains its staff nowadays. I need answers, please contact me after your investigation, I hope you will attend to this matter urgently.
