Engen Garage carnival city neglecting queries.

Engen garage carnival City I refilled for 300 and swapped my card inserted my pin but their speed point was faulty as it reflected error then they said I have to pay,I paid with cash I then went to my bank for statement and the funds were cleared n paid to engen when I went back to them they said they will investigate as I left my statement and proof of that cash purchase with then they never got back to me I had to follow and they said I need send the details as they have misplaced the one I submitted. they later called and said they called their bank n the funds are not reflecting just like that they never even requested a statement as I proof that indeed the funds are not reflecting. This was on 22 November 2022 even today there is nothing from them when I call there is no answer.
