Engen garage @ duncan pta

I always make a stop at Engen garage @ duncan street in Pretoria on my way to or from work for refueling,I stopped there on 29/05/2018 ,after refueling my car couldn't start ,I thought it was a battery so I asked the attendants to just help me push it a bit so I could try jump start it before I could call for help ,to my surprise they just looked at me and walk away ,I know it's not their job to do that but I was just asking for a helping hand,i called for help,as I drove off I say to myself I will never make a stop at any Engen station and I will never ,rather go for other stations who goes beyond the call of duty to make their customers happy and to always come back.
