Engen Fuel Contamination

I filled my vehicle with what was meant to be DIESEL. After driving my vehicle for a few days, it started running slightly abnormally. I took it to Ford as it is under warranty. Ford informed me that the fuel in my vehicle was contaminated and was a mixture of petrol and diesel (visually). I sent the fuel sample to wearcheck for analysis which confirmed that the fuel was not diesel. After R4500.00 to drain my vehicle and change the filters ect. Engen refuses to take responsibility. They say that the till slip says diesel so that clears them of any liability.

They said if I want to take it further to get my lawyer involved.

I'm still in shock and not really sure if this is worth persuing? Has anyone else had a similar experience?
