Engen Florida North shocking incident of harrasment

My sister went to the Engen at 11pm on Saturday 13th February 2021 with her 8 year old son on her way home from me. She stopped to put in R100 petrol only to get home as she did not want to wait long. The petrol attendant took the cash but did not put in any petrol. She then requested the receipt as when she drove she noticed the tank was still empty. She returned and advised and him and his colleagues started laughing at her and said call the manager yourself. When she insisted on a receipt she noticed he was extremely intoxicated and a friend of his which is not an attendant approached her car and got inside. She immediately went into shcok and an argument started as she is a woman alone with a small boy surrounded by men laughing at her and said go home. The manager was alerted and a security company. Other family members were called immediately for assistance. When the police arrived they went to see the footage and advised she can go home. The handling of customers by Engen Bergbron / Florida North is nothing short of appalling. Please can the matter be investigated
