ENGEN employee swears at customers

Today after a car wash I decided to fill my car at the engen on okovango blvd and the petrol attendant over filled and spilled diesel all down the side of my car after I asked him to stop filling, I then asked if he please clean it off and all he was throw water over it and walk away, whe I asked for him to please dry the water he told me it's just water, then I lost my temper and said he is talking **** and he needs to clean it, after which he told me I am the one talking ****, now I've been in customer service for 20 years, and never have I told a customer he is talking ****. I asked to to speak to a Manger and guess wjat there is no manager on duty, explains why the staff do whatever they please and speak to customers the way they do. I will now as a rule never support engen again, and little old me makes no difference I know but I hope at least that employee is dealt with, in a country under constant strain an high unemployment, it seems really strange that people value thier jobs so little or maybe engen just doesn't care how thier clients are treated because they make too much money as it is
