Engen Durban North Fairways - Poor service

<p>Extremly poor service and staff has attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>Paid up front for a car wash. It was not done properly and i called the satff and showed them dirty spots. They were not pleased with me and had extremly bad attitude. i then went and tried to speak to the engen manager who clearly also was not interested and kept trying to make excuses for his staff instead of cleaing my vehecial. Clearly i was getting no where so i left with a half cleaned car and having already paid in full. The manager said i must do as i please. Now i know why people say the Shell is really 5 stars because you never experence things like this.</p> <p>I will never ever recommend Engen to anyone for anything.</p>
