Engen drags feet not helping customer

On the 10th of August I used pump 5 at Engen Garage Elarduspark. Attendant John helped me. I asked him to check the oil of my Nissan Almera. He told me it needed two pints of oil. As I know that the car needs to cool down before an accurate oil check can be done, I made the decision to use only one pint of oil. The attendant finished with the oil and closed the bonnet. I drove to Potchefstroom, then to Rustenburg. On my way there the oil light went on and the yellow light indicating something wrong with the engine it was between Derby and Rustenburg it was late and I could not stop.<br> When I reached Rustenburg I stopped at a garage and found there was no lid on the oil. The attendant did not closed the oilcap tightly. I contacted Engen Elarduspark. My car is standing at a garage needing repair. The assessor needs to have a look and make a decision . In this time I have no transport. I need to hire a car out of my own money. It is 3 September still no answer from the assessor. I am a rep and needs transport to do my work. I loose money everyday without a car because I am not working. We are phoning Anthony Pullen the assessor daily. We phone Ria daily and still no reaction.
