Engen Die Wilgers’ Manager high handedness

Today 17/05/2023, I bought fuel at the engen die wilgers, Lynnwood road; petrol attendant was nice and service good. I saw 3 ladies that work with the car wash departments ****ing the soil with bare hands. I approached them and they told me that the manager said if they don’t do it that they’ll be fired. I went in to address the issue with Mr. Sibonelo and he said they bought them tools but they misplaced it. I then asked if ****ing the soil is part of their job roles which he responded by saying yes. That is where I was worried. Can’t Engen employ the use of gardeners so much that they have to subject their staffs to such work?
