Engen destroyed my car and refuse to pay for damages

It has been 11 months since the Engen garage in Vryheid contaminated my petrol tank with water, causing severe damage to my vehicle. Despite this being entirely Engen’s fault, I have not been compensated for the damages to date.

Luzoko Sicam, who was assigned to handle my case, has been unresponsive for the past three months, ignoring my calls, messages, and emails. Today, after spending 16 minutes on a call with Engen customer service, I was informed that my case was marked as resolved and that a payout was allegedly made, which is completely false. No payment has been received, and no follow-up was ever done.

This is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and misconduct. I am demanding immediate answers and full payment to cover all damages caused by Engen. I will not allow this matter to be brushed aside any longer.
