Engen De Grendel- Pathetic Excuse for Customer Service

<p>I wish to inform the Engen Petrol Station head office that the customer service at their De Grendal branch in Bothasig, Cape Town is absolutely disgusting. There is no customer service whatsoever. You don't get greeted with a smile, you are served as if the attendants are doing you a favor, you don't get helped as per your turn... </p> <p> </p> <p>I've lived in the area for over a decade and used to use this petrol station regularly, the petrol attendants were always kind, helpful and grateful for any few rands extra you gave them for tips; however the past few times I've stopped at this station, I've noticed that there are new staff and the service which I've experienced is exactly as mentioned above. </p> <p> </p> <p>If Engen cares anything about their name, I'd sugguest visiting this branch and giving all your petrol attendant staff, a huge briefing on customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday, my boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes at the petrol station before the attendant even bothered to acknowledge us, then went directly over to another car which came after us and served them. We left the station after wasting 15 minutes of our time, without any service and filled up at Caltex.</p> <p>I don't know if your staff has a chip on their shoulder or what, but unless this station ups their game, I guarantee that you will be going out of business. </p> <p> </p> <p>You've officially lost a loyal customer.</p> <p> </p>
