Engen De Grendel must really do training on customer service.
Not the first time David at Engen De Grendel in Bothasig treats me badly. Also uprupt and we go their every week to fill up. He has no way of dealing with me and I hope he doesn't treat others like that. I was became very unhappy and rightfully so as he shouted back at me and told me not to return to the station. I left my details for Richard to contact me tomorrow morning. Very unhappy and left it the first time but this time I can't.

30 Nov 2021, 11:31Richard the Manager contacted me on Monday to apologize after reviewing the evidence. He mentioned they will have an official meeting with the person in question. They appalled by what occurred being in the frontline of the service industry.
