ENGEN CSC - Bad and poor customer service!

I tried all means to obtain the telephone number of Engen Randburg. All numbers I tried does not exist. So I called Engen's Customer Call Centre. The agent refused to provide me with the contact number, unless I gave a reason for wanting to call them. This is ridiculous and pathetic customer service. Since when must one provide a reason for waanting to call a company?

I am disguested as an ex-Engen employee.

No wonder South Africa suffers from severe and bad service delivery.

I am rather happy with the feedback I received from Nikita this morning. I dialled the dealer on *** and managed to speak to Mani, the manager. I am satisfied with the outcome. Regards
