Engen Clicks Rewards

I went to Engen Garage in Vosloorus next to Botshelong Hospital, they have advertised that we swipe our Clicks cards to earn point, so i filled my tank worth of R400 , when i gave the petrol attendant my clicks card, he said the machine is offline, now i stay in vosloorus, their machine has been offline for ages even before they advertised the clicks rewards , when i asked him what happens to my point now he said to me "Phuma Lapho sisi ngoba ngeke uwathole" ( leave it at that, you will never get your points) , i tried to look at his name tag and he didn't have one on. i am a huge fan of Engen garage but this misleading of people to come fill up with the hopes of getting points knowing exactly that your swipe machine has never worked is not right and it is *****. i want my points that i was supposed to receive and i want feedback, if that enegen's swipe machine does not work and will never work then they must take the adverti*****t off.
