Engen Clicks Partnerships seems to be a ****.

Over the last couple of months I have spent over R10 000 at Engen service Stations, but when my clicks cash back came, I received only R10 some change. When I queried this with Clicks, they informed me that the last time Engen sent them the transactions, not sure if it's only mine or more people, was 18 July. So all the money I spent at Engen after that, I get zero cash back. Now Clicks has no interest in solving the problem and say that Engen is the problem, but basically in my mind this whole clicks engen thing seems to be a ****. Regardless, if this doesn't get solved, I wil no longer support Engen or Clicks ever again. Now lets see where Engen is going to shift the blame to.
