Engen Charis Convenience Centre

Greetings I just had the worst experience with the Engen Charis Convenience centre and it was about 8:08am. I went to fill up my petrol with my toddler that I was rushing to crèche and my petrol was very low on reserve. I got the petrol pumped up by an attendant “Gladys” before I left I told her my petrol gauge didn’t even recalculate and she advised me to take a drive and see if it will appear. I did rush my baby to crèche, when I dropped her off my petrol was still going down. I went back she called the manager “Amon” and he suggested I pour more petrol in my car, then said no it will appear later. Now I decided to park my car as I don’t need inconveniences my gauge is standing on zero now and I’m so disappointed my day has been ****ed up and I paid for that. Please may you kindly assist as I don’t even want to go there again and the manager told me he is rushing to a meeting. The managers contacts are *** Amon

I left the garage unhappy, I will let it slide and will start using the Total garage opposite them. I came across a lot of undermining from the manager. The petrol attendant team was remarkably helpful and wish them the best of growth. The guys were very helpful, wish they get management positions and they were Mlungisi, Gerald and Joseph. Thank you Engen for disrespecting me
