ENGEN CARWASH

went to Engen to wash my car, I have 2 free washes on my carwash card, upon asking for my wash I was told they no longer use these cards and since Covid 19 they do not hand dry and vacuum the interior of the car. while I was there I saw how people being assisted and how cars were being vacuumed inside , when asking the manager how these people were being assisted he told me it was because they asked nicely and they give the people working there tips. There is no expiry date on the carwash cards and also no sign or notice anywhere that they no longer use the cards and no longer give free washes. The garage in question is the Engen garage in Norkem Park, I have been washing and filling up my car here for years, very disappointed the lack of interested from the staff and management to assist customers.
